By accessing or using Flares Pay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

You will update your information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account. Flares Pay will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You agree not to use Flares Pay for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Money laundering, financing terrorism, or fraud.
Breaching any applicable Nigerian or international law.
Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform.
All transactions are subject to fees, including service charges, processing costs, and payout deductions.
Current fee structures are communicated on our platform and may be updated from time to time.
Flares Pay reserves the right to adjust fees, provided notice is given before changes take effect.
We aim to provide continuous access to our platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance, or
Unforeseen technical or operational issues.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect:
Breach of these Terms, or
Use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but any legal obligations (such as outstanding fees) remain enforceable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Flares Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use—or inability to use—the platform.
Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
